President
	Aircraft Engineering & Consulting, Ltd. was formed in early 1998 by Jay Andre after seeing the need to provide an accurate, complete and professional consulting service to the commercial aircraft industry. His 24 years of experience includes the US military, 747 Flight Engineer, VP of Engineering and a FAA Certificated Mechanic (which includes the FAA Inspector Authorization endorsement).

With this wide base of experience he has focused on building a product by integrating existing information/data into a comprehensive database for each project, digitizing this data and then providing this information to their clients, all in a 'user friendly' format. This information not only can be used during the project, it is archived and can be accessed (password protected) via the internet for authorized users for uses ranging from general reports to reconstructing aircraft historical records (all digitized records comply with the FAA requirements of CFR 43.9(a)(4) and 43.11(a)(3)).
